ROLE Responsibilities
As the QC Manager at Medley Pharmaceuticals, you will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Control processes related to raw materials and packing materials. This role is crucial to ensuring that the company’s products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, particularly in the OSD segment.
Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 15-20 QC professionals, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company standards.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the planning, sampling, analysis, and release of raw materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, including USFDA and MHRA audits.
Process Management: Manage the QC Raw Material section, ensuring all processes are conducted in a timely and compliant manner.
Reporting: Directly report to the DGM of Quality Control, providing updates on QC activities, challenges, and improvements.
